Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are hand-made and packaged with care. We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays in British Columbia) from the date payment is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates (Canada only)

Orders up to 0.5 kg → $18 flat rate
Orders over 0.5 kg → $24 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We currently ship within Canada only.

Carrier We ship via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 2–10 business days within Canada after handing off to Canada Post), but are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement (your choice).

This 30-day guarantee does not apply if the delay or non-delivery is caused by:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Refusal of the package or failure to pick it up from the post office
Severe weather, natural disasters, Canada Post service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control

In these cases we will work with you and Canada Post to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss.

Customs & Duties.

Currently we only ship within Canada, so no customs fees or import duties apply.
