Refund Policy

Warranty and Refunds, Statutory Warranties (SGA ss. 17–18): Products come with implied warranties of merchantability (fit for ordinary use) and fitness for purpose (reliable ignition/combustion). Goods must be of acceptable quality, free from defects, and match descriptions. These cannot be excluded. Express Warranty: 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened Products. If defective (e.g., fails to ignite due to manufacturing error, not misuse), we'll replace, or refund at our discretion. Refund Policy: Defective/Non-Performing Products: Contact us within 14 days of receipt at gilmored@coffeefire.ca with photos/details. We'll work personally to resolve (e.g., replacement or full refund). Used items non-returnable for safety. Wrong/ Damaged Shipment: Full refund/replacement upon return (we cover return shipping). Change of Mind: 7-day cooling-off period for unopened Products (BPCPA s. 47 for distance contracts). Return in original packaging; you pay return shipping. Refunds processed within 15 days of receipt. Process: Email us for a return authorization (RA#). Ship to: CoffeeFire, 3562 White Lake Rd, Sorrento, BC V0E 2W0. Shipping costs non-refundable. No refunds on custom orders or international shipping duties. Exclusions: Misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications void warranties. See Returns section below for details.
